Minnesota Hockey announces regional, state tournament sites for 2023

Eight different arenas will host the 14 different state tournaments across Minnesota.

ST. PAUL — Minnesota Hockey has announced the regional and state tournament sites for 2023.

Regional tournaments will be played March 3-5 while the various state tournaments will take place from March 17-19.

This is the 75th anniversary season for Minnesota Hockey. Eight different arenas will host the 14 different state tournaments across Minnesota.

State tournaments in 2023 will be held in Prior Lake, Bemidji, New Ulm, Warroad, South St. Paul, Stillwater, Faribault and Blaine. The specific rink that will be hosting the tournament can be found on the graphic below.

Regional sites will be held throughout the state of Minnesota — specific host cities for each division are listed below.


St. Cloud State is officially ranked in the national polls this week, the first time since 2009. Minnesota State still lurks outside of the top-15 and receives votes.
