The hosting Woodbury players took the lead early into the first period, with a goal from Hannah Graunke. Brooke Gnetz and Abbey Lendzyk assisted.
The Woodbury's players Laini Gnetz increased the lead to 2-0 in the first period, assisted by Reese Herrig and Paige Fasching.
The Cretin-Derham Hall players narrowed the gap to 2-1 early in the second period when Lily Anderson found the back of the net, assisted by Stella Hadac.
In the second period, the Cretin-Derham Hall players made it 2-2 with a goal from Lily Anderson.
Reese Herrig took the lead halfway through the third period, assisted by Laini Gnetz.
Liv Mishacoff increased the lead to 4-2 just one minute later, assisted by Bella Mishacoff.
Natalia Martineau narrowed the gap to 4-3 five minutes later, assisted by Delaney Schwab.
