Minnesota-Duluth bested the hosting St. Cloud State Huskies on Saturday, ending 5-1.

The Bulldogs took the lead late into the first period, with a goal from Maggie Flaherty.

The Bulldogs increased the lead to 2-0 early in the second period when Naomi Rogge found the back of the net.

Late, Mannon McMahon scored a goal, assisted by Clara Van Wieren and Nina Jobst-Smith, making the score 3-0.

The Bulldogs increased the lead to 4-0 within the first minute of the third period when Ashton Bell beat the goalie, assisted by Danielle Burgen and Anneke Linser.

Maggie Flaherty increased the lead to 5-0 late in the third, assisted by Tova Henderson and Kylie Hanley.

The Huskies narrowed the gap to 5-1 with 37 seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Grace Wolfe, assisted by Allison Green.
