Strong defense as Penn State Nittany Lions beat Brown Bears

Three goals scored – and a shutout. The Penn State Nittany Lions secured the home victory against the Brown Bears. The game ended 3-0.

The hosting Nittany Lions took the lead late into the first period, with a goal from Olivia Wallin. Eleri MacKay and Mallory Uihlein assisted.

The Nittany Lions increased the lead to 2-0 early in the second period when Alyssa Machado beat the goalie, assisted by Mya Vaslet and Karley Garcia.

3-0 came from Tessa Janecke who increased the Nittany Lions' lead, assisted by Kiara Zanon and Leah Stecker, late.
