The Winona broke a tie game, winning 2-1 on the road over the Red Wing on Saturday.

The Winona players took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Avery Engbrecht.

Avery Engbrecht scored early into the second period, assisted by Kasja Kovala.

Allison Kruger narrowed the gap to 2-1 early into the third period, assisted by Addison Hoppman.
