The Bulldogs took the lead in the first period, with a goal scored by Connor McGrath. Blake Evennou and Dallas Tulik assisted.
Six goals were scored in the second period, and the Broncos led 4-3 going in to the third period.
Ethan Wolthers scored right at the start into the third period, after only five seconds, assisted by Cole Gallant and Luke Grainger, increasing the lead for the Broncos.
Jason Polin scored his second goal late into the third period assisted by Jamie Rome and Carter Berger, increasing the lead for the Broncos.

The Bulldogs narrowed the gap to 6-4 with 11 seconds of play remaining in the third period after a goal from Bradley Marek, assisted by Drew Cooper and Mitch Deelstra.
