UW-Superior Yellowjackets victorious against Saint Mary's Cardinals

The UW-Superior Yellowjackets defeated the Saint Mary's Cardinals 6-1 on Saturday.

The visiting team took the lead halfway through the first period, with a goal from Austin Paul. Colton Friesen assisted.

The Yellowjackets scored four goals in second period an held the lead 5-0 going in to the second break.

The Cardinals narrowed the gap to 5-1 early into the third period when Jack Campion scored, assisted by Nikita Sheberov and Laudon Poellinger.

MacGregor Sinclair increased the lead to 6-1 halfway through the third, assisted by Colton Friesen.
