The UW-River Falls Falcons won on the road on Tuesday, handing the St. Scholastica Saints a defeat 5-1.

The visiting Falcons took the lead early into the first period, with a goal from Bailey Olson.

The Saints tied the game 1-1 in the middle of the first when Kayla Kasel scored, assisted by Mariah Haedrich.

The Falcons' Megan Goodreau took the lead late in the first, assisted by Holly Eckers and Katherine Bell.

The Falcons increased the lead to 3-1 with a goal from Maddie McCollins late in the first, assisted by Allisen Carothers.

Challis Prohaska increased the lead to 4-1 late into the third period, assisted by Abigail Stow and Aubrey Nelvin.

Alex Hantge increased the lead to 5-1 three minutes later, assisted by Abigail Stow and Aubrey Nelvin.
