The Northfield players took the lead early into the first period, with a goal from Emerson Garlie. Mia Miller and Tove Sorenson assisted.

The Northfield's players Ayla Puppe increased the lead to 2-0 late in the first, assisted by Grace McCoshen.

The Mounds Westonka/SWC players narrowed the gap to 2-1 late in the first when Sydney Leonard scored, assisted by Greer Hardacre.

Ali Bulter scored late into the second period, assisted by Gisella Harder.

Gretta Pioski took the lead late in the third period, assisted by Emily Wendorf.
