Strong third period wins it for Bemidji against Grand Rapids-Greenway

A tight game between the home-team Grand Rapids-Greenway and the visiting Bemidji wasn't settled until the third period, when Bemidji scored the game-winning goal, ending it 4-2.

The hosting Grand Rapids-Greenway players took the lead halfway through the first period, with a goal from Kylie DeBay. Mercury Bischoff and Kalle Reed assisted.

The Bemidji players tied the score 1-1 early into the second period when Kristen McClellan found the back of the net, assisted by Megan Berg and Bailey Rupp.

The Bemidji players took the lead early in the third period when Samantha Nistler netted one, assisted by Bella Webb.

The Grand Rapids-Greenway players tied the score 2-2 early into the third when Mercury Bischoff scored, assisted by Kalle Reed.

Kristen McClellan took the lead halfway through the third, assisted by Bailey Rupp.

Mali McLean increased the lead to 4-2 four minutes later.
