Two goals scored – and a shutout. Massachusetts Lowell River Hawks secured the home victory against Vermont Catamounts. The game ended 2-0.
The first period was scoreless, and early into the second period, the River Hawks took the lead when Zach Kaiser opened the scoring assisted by Blake Wells.
Ryan Brushett increased the lead to 2-0 early in the third period, assisted by Owen Cole and Ben Meehan.
The River Hawks chalked up four straight home wins.
