Strong defense as Hastings beat Red Wing

The first period ended with a 5-0 lead for the Hastings players.

The Hastings players scored six goals in second period an held the lead 11-0 going in to the second break.

Kylie Gruden increased the lead to 12-0 early in the third period, assisted by Makayla Berquist and Kyra Erickson.

Addie Seleski increased the lead to 13-0 late into the third assisted by Kyra Erickson.

In the end the 14-0 goal came from Makayla Berquist who increased the Hastings' players lead, assisted by Kyra Erickson, late into the third. The 14-0 goal held up as the game winner.

The Red Wing players were called for no penalties, while the Hastings players received no penalties.
