Strong defense as Boston Eagles beats New Hampshire Wildcats

Five goals scored – and a shutout. Boston Eagles secured the home victory against New Hampshire Wildcats. The game ended 5-0.

The first period was scoreless, and in the second period, the Eagles took the lead when Lukas Gustafsson scored the first goal assisted by Oskar Jellvik and Marshall Warren.

Nikita Nesterenko then tallied a goal with a minute left in the second period, making the score 2-0. Cutter Gauthier and Aidan Hreschuk assisted.

With a minute left, Trevor Kuntar scored a goal, assisted by Andre Gasseau and Lukas Gustafsson, making the score 3-0.

Cutter Gauthier increased the lead to 4-0 in the middle of the third period, assisted by Cade Alami and Nikita Nesterenko.

In the end the 5-0 goal came from Mike Posma who increased the Eagles' lead, assisted by Andre Gasseau, late into the third. The 5-0 goal was the last one of the game.
