The Blue Devils took the lead late into the first period, with a goal from Dylan Rallis. Cole Beckstead assisted.
The Blue Devils increased the lead to 2-0 early in the second period when Caleb Serre scored, assisted by Kullan Daikawa.
Late, the Blue Devils made it 3-0 with a goal from Noe Perez.
Nathan Adrian narrowed the gap to 3-1 in the middle of the third period, assisted by Tyler Hinterser and Alec Severson.
Kobe Keller increased the lead to 4-1 four minutes later, assisted by Maksis Brimanis.
