The game-winning goal was scored by Ohio State's Riley Brengman.
The visiting Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs players took the lead early in the first period, a goal by Mannon McMahon. Gabbie Hughes and Nina Jobst-Smith assisted.
The Ohio State Buckeyes players tied the game 1-1 with a goal from Gabby Rosenthal late into the first, assisted by Sophie Jaques and Jennifer Gardiner.
The Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs players took the lead early into the second period when Gabbie Hughes scored, assisted by Tova Henderson and Nina Jobst-Smith.

Jennifer Gardiner tied the game 2-2 halfway through the third period, assisted by Emma Peschel and Paetyn Levis.
Riley Brengman took the lead five minutes later, assisted by Emma Maltais and Paetyn Levis.
