The game-winning goal was scored by OSU's Cole McWard.
The visiting Badgers took the lead in the first period, a goal by Jack Horbach.
The Badgers increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Brock Caufield late in the first period, assisted by Charlie Stramel and Mathieu De St. Phalle.
Three goals were scored in the second period, and the Badgers led 3-2 going in to the third period.

Jake Wise tied the game 3-3 in the middle of the third period, assisted by Michael Gildon and Stephen Halliday.
Cole McWard took the lead four minutes later, assisted by Stephen Halliday and Scooter Brickey.
