The Minnesota Whitecaps announced their move to a new venue for the upcoming season.
The former Ms. Hockey winner and Golden Gopher from Plymouth, Minnesota, retires from a very successful career with the U.S. Women's National Team.
For the second consecutive season, the Minnesota Gophers and St. Cloud State Huskies women's hockey teams will meet to raise awareness of the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame when they square off at the Andover Community Center in early November.
The tournament will take place in Denmark in late August and early September with a team roster to be announced.
