Fargo Force Players deliver donated teddy bears at Fargo hospitals

FARGO — Fargo Force players left the ice to brighten up the afternoon for patients at area hospitals, Thursday, Jan. 23.

Two groups of players headed to hospital rooms at both Essentia and Sanford Children's Hospital to hand out teddy bears that the public donated during the team's "Teddy Bear Toss" earlier this month.

5-year-old Macey and 9-year-old Mateya were just two of the patients who received bears from the Fargo Force Players.

"We all have so much with hockey and we have great families and to give back to those who are in need and tougher situations, is a big deal for us," said Fargo Force Player Tristan Broz.

Earlier this week, the players met with local elementary students who are part of the Fargo Force Reading Program.
