Solid victory for Pine City Area – shut out Western Wisconsin

The Pine City Area won their road game against the Western Wisconsin. The team put in a strong effort and got a shutout. The game ended 7-0.

The Pine City Area players opened strong, with Rhiannon Ashworth scoring early into the first period, a goal.

The Pine City Area players increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Abby Aagaard in the first period, assisted by Arissa Rydberg.

The Pine City Area's players Malia Mikyska increased the lead to 3-0 halfway through the first, assisted by Ava Rydberg and Samantha Root.

The Pine City Area players scored two goals in second period an held the lead 5-0 going in to the second break.

The Pine City Area players increased the lead to 6-0 early in the third period when Lexa Valvoda netted one, assisted by Jennae Szucs.

In the end the 7-0 came from Abby Aagaard who increased the Pine City Area's players lead, assisted by Rhiannon Ashworth and Ava Rydberg, late in the third. That left the final score at 7-0.
