Single-goal win for St. Lawrence over Holy Cross

The home-team St. Lawrence seized a win against the Holy Cross. The team won 2-1 on Friday.

The game-winning goal was scored by St. Lawrence's Aly McLeod.

The first period was scoreless, and late in the second period, the St. Lawrence Saints players took the lead when Aly McLeod scored the first goal assisted by Hillary Sterling and Abby Hustler.

Sofia Smithson tied the game 1-1 late into the third period, assisted by Emma Min and Alexis Perry.

Just just one minute later Aly McLeod scored yet again, assisted by Hillary Sterling and Shailynn Snow, and decided the game.
