The Simley won the home game against the Eagan 5-1 on Thursday.

The hosting Simley players took the lead early in the first period, with a goal from Ella Tuccitto.

Kelsi Ries scored early into the second period, assisted by Mackaylan McGown.

Midway through, the Eagan's players Jaycee Bauman scored a goal, assisted by Norah Drugge, making the score 2-1.

The Simley players increased the lead to 3-1 early into the third period when Kelsi Ries netted one again, assisted by Mackaylan McGown.

Val DuVal increased the lead to 4-1 three minutes later, assisted by Mackaylan McGown and Ella Tuccitto.

Ella Tuccitto increased the lead to 5-1 just one minute later, assisted by Kelsi Ries.
