Quinnipiac reverses deficit to clinch victory

Quinnipiac was challenged and was behind by 1-2 after two periods in the game against Colgate. However, the change came in the third period and the game ended in 3-2 for home-team Quinnipiac.

Quinnipiac was challenged and was behind by 1-2 after two periods in the game against Colgate. However, the change came in the third period and the game ended in 3-2 for home-team Quinnipiac.

Quinnipiac's Ethan de Jong scored the game-winning goal.

The first period was scoreless, and early in the second period, the Raiders took the lead when Matt Verboon scored the first goal assisted by Alex DiPaolo and Alex Young.

In the second period, Alex Young scored a goal, assisted by Nick Anderson, making the score 2-0.

Late, the Bobcats made it 2-1 with a goal from Zach Metsa.

Collin Graf tied the game 2-2 early into the third period, assisted by Ethan de Jong and Zach Metsa.

Ethan de Jong took the lead five minutes later, assisted by Skyler Brind'Amour and Collin Graf.

The Bobcats is set to face Cornell at 6 p.m. CST, while the Raiders faces Princeton at 6 p.m. CST. Both games will be played on Saturday.
