ST. CLOUD, Minn. — With the Minnesota Duluth men's hockey team coming off three straight losses and, after getting swept at Amsoil Arena the last time the Bulldogs met St. Cloud State, it is fair to say that the Huskies should prepare for a spirited and fast-paced start on Saturday.
Tenth-ranked UMD and sixth-ranked SCSU play Game 5 of their NCHC season series at 7:07 p.m. Saturday (CBS Sports Network) at Amsoil. The Rink Live's Mick Hatten goes a bit further in his analysis by saying the Huskies should prepare for "a typhoon" start out of the Bulldogs. Lots will be on the line for the rivals because St. Cloud State (14-8-0) can wrap up second place in the conference with a win over third-place Minnesota Duluth (12-8-2). Hatten joins Sam Goetzinger to preview the game.
