The game-winning goal was scored by Minnesota Duluth's Maggie Flaherty.
The hosting St. Lawrence Saints players opened strong, early in the game with Anna Segedi scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Julia Gosling and Kennedy Wilson.
The Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs players tied the game 1-1 quickly in the first period when Gabby Krause scored, goal assisted by Gabbie Hughes and Taylor Stewart.
The St. Lawrence Saints players scored again late into the first period when Kristina Bahl scored.

Ashton Bell scored early in the second period, assisted by Mannon McMahon and Gabbie Hughes.
The third period ended scoreless, and the game continued into overtime.
In overtime, it took 1:55 before Maggie Flaherty scored the game-winner for the away team, assisted by Ashton Bell.
