Bemidji State's Elias Rosén tagged with 1-game suspension

Bemidji State men’s hockey defenseman Elias Rosén has been suspended one game for an interference penalty against Northern Michigan last Saturday at the Sanford Center.

BEMIDJI – Bemidji State men’s hockey defenseman Elias Rosén has been suspended one game for an interference penalty against Northern Michigan last Saturday at the Sanford Center.

After reviewing the play, the CCHA meted out supplemental discipline for the hit. The on-ice call was a two-minute minor.

Rosén will serve the suspension on Friday, Feb. 18, against Minnesota State in Mankato and can return to the lineup Saturday, Feb. 19. The Beavers will face the Mavericks at 7:07 p.m. on Friday and 6:07 p.m. on Saturday.
