MANKATO, Minn. — Bemidji State faces No. 1-ranked Minnesota State to begin a weekend CCHA series at Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center.
The Mavericks are looking to wrap up the MacNaughton Cup as the CCHA champions. Minnesota State would need a regulation win Friday night along with a Michigan Tech loss in regulation.
Minnesota State is 27-5-0 and 19-3-0 in conference play. Bemidji State is 14-16-0, 12-10-0.
The teams play again at 6:07 p.m. Saturday.
