The Northeastern Huskies defeated the home-team Boston University 2-0. The game was all square after two periods but in the third Northeastern managed to pull out a win.

The Huskies first took the lead in the middle of the third period, with a goal from Cam Lund, assisted by Braden Doyle.

The Huskies increased the lead to 2-0 with 44 seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Justin Hryckowian, assisted by Sam Colangelo and Gunnarwolfe Fontaine.
