Massachusetts has gone through a tough spell with a run of five straight defeats. But after a 4-2 victory over New Hampshire, things are looking brighter.

Massachusetts has gone through a tough spell with a run of five straight defeats. But after a 4-2 victory over New Hampshire, things are looking brighter.

The hosting team took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Cy LeClerc. Kalle Eriksson and Colton Huard assisted.

The Wildcats increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Ryan Black late into the first, assisted by Nick Cafarelli.

The second period ended with a 3-2 lead for the Minutemen.

Ryan Lautenbach increased the lead to 4-2 late in the third period, assisted by Ryan Ufko and Michael Cameron.
