The Clarkson Golden Knights defeated visiting Cornell Big Red 4-1 on Saturday.

The Golden Knights opened strong, with Ayrton Martino scoring in the first minute, a goal assisted by Mathieu Gosselin.

The Golden Knights increased the lead to 2-0 early into the first period when Jordan Power scored the first goal, assisted by Ellis Rickwood and Anthony Callin.

Anthony Callin scored halfway through the second period, assisted by Jordan Power.

Zach Tupker narrowed the gap to 3-1 halfway through the third period, assisted by Winter Wallace and Tim Rego.

The Golden Knights increased the lead to 4-1 with 16 seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Ayrton Martino, assisted by Jacob Schmidt-Svejstrup.
