Notre Dame grabs extra point vs. Michigan in overtime

Notre Dame's Grant Silianoff scored the game-winning goal.

The visiting Wolverines started off strong and took the lead right after the puck drop with Ethan Edwards scoring in the first period, a goal assisted by Adam Fantilli and Mackie Samoskevich.

The Wolverines increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Mackie Samoskevich late in the first period, assisted by Luke Hughes and T.J. Hughes.

Tyler Carpenter scored halfway through the second period, assisted by Jack Adams and Niko Jovanovic.

With a minute left, Chayse Primeau scored a goal, assisted by Nick Leivermann and Jackson Pierson, making the score 2-2.

In overtime, it took 2:26 before Grant Silianoff scored the game-winner for the home team, assisted by Ryan Helliwell.
