The Lindenwood won when they visited U.S. Military Black Knights on Saturday. The final score was 5-3.

The Lions opened strong, with David Gagnon scoring right at the start, after only 16 seconds, a goal assisted by Ryan Finnegan.

The Black Knights tied the game 1-1 with a goal from Thomas Farrell in the first period, assisted by Michael Sacco and Trevor Smith.

Hunter Johannes scored early into the second period, assisted by Andy Willis and Cade DeStefani.

Late, Caleb Price scored a goal, assisted by David Gagnon and Kyle Jeffers, making the score 3-1.

John Driscoll narrowed the gap to 3-2 early in the third period, assisted by Andrew Garby and Max Itagaki.

Andy Willis increased the lead to 4-2 three minutes later, assisted by Hunter Johannes.

Ricky Lyle narrowed the gap to 4-3 four minutes later, assisted by Trevor Smith and John Driscoll.

Cade DeStefani increased the lead to 5-3 two minutes later, assisted by Hunter Johannes.
