Koumontzis' two goals net Arizona State Sun Devils victory over Colorado Tigers

Arizona State Sun Devils beat the visiting Colorado Tigers on Friday, ending 5-3.

The visiting Tigers took the lead early into the first period, a goal by Nicklas Andrews. Bryan Yoon assisted.

The Sun Devils tied the game 1-1 with a goal from Demetrios Koumontzis in the first period, assisted by Ty Jackson and Ryan O'Reilly.

The Sun Devils took the lead late in the first when Robert Mastrosimone scored, assisted by Lukas Sillinger and Josh Doan.

The Sun Devils' Demetrios Koumontzis increased the lead to 3-1 with a minute left in the first, assisted by Jacob Semik and Jack Judson.

The Sun Devils scored one goals in second period an held the lead 4-3 going in to the second break.

The Sun Devils increased the lead to 5-3 with 51 seconds of play remaining into the third period after a goal from Jack Judson.
