The Youngstown Phantoms players took the lead early into the first period, a goal by James Fisher. Justin Varner and Andrew Centrella assisted.
Reese Laubach scored early in the second period, assisted by Blake Bechen.
Blake Bechen increased the lead to 3-0 early in the third period, assisted by Andrew Strathmann and Nick Williams.
Jake Rozzi increased the lead to 4-0 eight minutes later, assisted by William Whitelaw.

In the end the 5-0 goal came from William Whitelaw who increased the Youngstown Phantoms' players lead, assisted by Shane Lachance, late into the third. The 5-0 goal was the last one of the game.
