Veinbergs' two goals net Lincoln Stars victory over Omaha Lancers

The Lincoln Stars beat the hosting Omaha Lancers on Friday, ending 5-2.

The first period ended with a 3-2 lead for the Stars.

One goal were scored in the second period, and the Stars led 4-2 going in to the third period.

Klavs Veinbergs increased the lead to 5-2 halfway through the third period, assisted by Boston Buckberger and Brennan Ali.

Both teams were called for four penalties.
