Tough game ends in victory for Force
The game between the Fargo Force and the Sioux Falls Stampede was unpredictable. Road team Sioux Falls held the lead with 2-1 at the beginning of the third period, but Fargo turned the course around and finally won with 4-2.

The Stampede started off sharp and took the lead right after the beginning of the game with Michael LaStarza scoring at 21 seconds, goal assisted by Cole Miller and Karsen Dorwart.
The Force tied the score at 1-1 when Joe Palodichuk netted one in the second period.
The Stampede scored again, making it 2-1 with a goal from Daniel Russell with 07.33 remaining in the period.
But the Force made three straight goals and went from 2-1 to 4-2. The 3-2 goal came with just 01.49 of play remaining. Then came 4-2 with 27 remaining.

The Force were called for eight penalty minutes, while the Stampede spent six minutes in the penalty box.
The teams now have the chance to fine-tune their tactics, as they play each other again in the next matchup on Saturday at 6:05 p.m. CST at Scheels Arena.
