Strong win for Black Hawks

The Waterloo Black Hawks picked up a decisive home win against the Des Moines Buccaneers. The game ended in a shutout, 4-0.

The first period was scoreless.

The Black Hawks dominated the second period, with three quick goals from Cooper Wylie, James Hong and John Waldron.

The Black Hawks made it 4-0 when Jake Schneider beat the goalie, assisted by Jacob Jeannette late in the third period. The 4-0 goal held up as the game winner.
