Sharp shooting from Sigurdson in Des Moines Buccaneers' win over Omaha Lancers

The host Des Moines Buccaneers claimed two points against the visiting Omaha Lancers on Saturday. The final score was 7-2.

The hosting Buccaneers took the lead halfway through the first period, with a goal from Talon Sigurdson. Jak Vaarwerk assisted.

The second period ended with a 6-1 lead for the Buccaneers.

The Lancers narrowed the gap again in the middle of the third period when Griffin Jurecki found the back of the net, assisted by Alex Bump.

Girts Silkalns increased the lead to 7-2 five minutes later, assisted by Talon Sigurdson.
