The RoughRiders dominated the second period, receiving goals from Joshua Karnish, David Chen and Conor Lovett.
The RoughRiders scored again, making it 5-1 with a goal from Grant Ahcan after 3:20 in the third period.
The Team USA narrowed the gap to 5-2 after Paul Fischer found the back of the net in the period.
The RoughRiders managed to decide the game 6-2 with 11.13 left when Adam Flammang netted one.

The Team USA were whistled for eight penalty minutes, while the RoughRiders spent 10 minutes in the penalty box.
