The hosting team took the lead in the first period, with a goal scored by Sacha Boisvert. David Hymovitch assisted.
Four goals were scored in the second period, and the Lumberjacks led 3-2 going in to the third period.
Tyler Dunbar scored with just 40 seconds left, assisted by Gavin McCarthy, increasing the lead for the Lumberjacks.
Tyler Hotson scored a goal eight minutes later, assisted by Matvei Gridin and Gavin McCarthy, increasing the lead for the Lumberjacks.

The Lumberjacks increased the lead to 6-2 with 01.18 of play remaining in the third period after a goal from Nathan McBrayer, assisted by Sacha Boisvert and Matvei Gridin.
