The Lumberjacks took a 2-0 lead with two quick goals from Jacob Guevin and Quinn Hutson.

The Fighting Saints narrowed and then closed the gap at 2-2 with goals from Connor Kurth and Michael Feenstra in the beginning of the second period in the second period.
