CHICAGO — The Chicago Steel have held a firm grip on the forward of the week category for USHL weekly honors this season, having a forward receiving the award five out of eight weeks so far ( Jayden Perron , Macklin Celebrini , Nick Moldenhauer , Michael Emerson ).
Jack Harvey (Chicago Steel) Forward of the Week
In a 6-5 shootout win for the Chicago Steel over the Madison Capitols on Friday, Jack Harvey was a big factor putting up two goals and an assist. On Saturday, the Steel fell to the Cedar Rapids Roughriders in a 6-5 shootout loss, but Harvey remained consistent by adding another pair of goals that night. The Boston University commit ended Week 8 with four goals and an assist, marking four straight games this season where he has had multi-goal games, and extending his point streak to five games. Through 15 games, Harvey leads USHL skaters with 12 goals and 24 points.
Cole Crusberg-Roseen (Lincoln Stars) Defenseman of the Week
In a 5-2 win over the Omaha Lancers on Friday, Lincoln Stars' Cole Crusberg-Roseen had a goal and an assist, and followed up his performance with another assist on Saturday to help the Stars to a win over the Des Moines Buccaneers. Through 13 games, the Western Michigan commit is second in scoring among Stars defensemen and and is on a three-game point streak.

Axel Mangbo (Sioux City Musketeers) Goaltender of the Week
Axel Mangbo stopped 28 of 30 shots faced on Friday in a 3-2 win for the Sioux City Musketeers over the Sioux Falls Stampede. He also stopped all but two of the 27 shots faced Saturday in a 5-1 win for the Musketeers. Through 10 games, the Vermont commit is 4-4-1-0 and has a 2.82 goals against average and .889 save percentage.
Week 9 of the USHL season kicks off on Thursday as as the Sioux Falls Stampede take on the Fargo Force.
