Force win on road against Stampede
The Fargo Force claimed both points when they visited the Sioux Falls Stampede on Sunday. The final score was 3-1.

The Force opened strong, as the game was just getting started with Jakob Stender scoring in the first minute, goal assisted by Bret Link and Cole Knuble.
The Force scored again, making it 2-0 with a goal from JP Turner after 7:41 in the second period.
The Stampede narrowed the gap to 2-1 after Michael Quinn beat the goalie in the period.
In the third, German Yavash scored in the 1st minute of the third period, assisted by Tyler Rollwagen and Jakob Stender, and sealed the win. The 3-1 goal held up as the game winner.

The Stampede were whistled for six penalty minutes, while the Force received 10 minutes.
The Stampede play the Omaha Lancers away on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. CST at Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Force will face the Des Moines Buccaneers at home on Saturday at 6:05 p.m. CST at Scheels Arena.
