The game-winning goal was scored by Fargo's Joe Palodichuk.
The Sioux City Musketeers players took the lead in the first period, a goal by Ryan Conmy. Sam Deckhut and Ben Doran assisted.
The Sioux City Musketeers' players Ben Doran increased the lead to 2-0 halfway through the first period.
Four goals were scored in the second period with the score being tied at 3-3 going in to the second break.

In overtime, it took 4:57 before Joe Palodichuk scored the game-winner for the road team, assisted by Bret Link.
