The game-winning goal was scored by Wisconsin's Tyler Grahme.
The Wisconsin Windigo players took the lead early in the first period, with a goal scored by Will Schumacher. Cole Mickel and Zachary Cline assisted.
The Wilderness tied it up in the first period when Joe Cesario scored, assisted by Cole Gordon and Kevin Marx Noren.
Connor Mahony scored late into the second period, assisted by Cole Mickel and Tyler Grahme.

Luke Jech scored early in the third period, assisted by Adam Johnson and Eddie Shepler, to tie the game. With this goal, the score was tied and then, the game went to overtime.
In overtime, it took 47 seconds before Tyler Grahme scored the game-winner for the away team, assisted by Cole Mickel and Benjamin Anderson.
Ahead of the game, the Wilderness had five straight wins.
