The visiting Warriors opened strong, as the game was just getting started with Vincent Corcoran scoring at 2:43, goal assisted by Adisen Brueck and Dean Bauchiero.
The Jackalopes tied the score 1-1 quickly. At 3:33 John Perdion scored, goal assisted by Frank Dovorany and Nate Boak.
The Warriors regained the lead at 13:45 of the period, after another goal assisted by William Lawson-Body and Cade Lemmer.
The Warriors increased the lead to 3-1 at 18:21 of the period, after a Adam Smith goal assisted by Vincent Corcoran and William Lawson-Body.

The Warriors scored in the second, receiving goals from Dean Bauchiero, Drew Vieten, Philip Tornqvist and William Lawson-Body.
In the third, John Wojciechowski scored 15 minutes into the third period, assisted by Nate Boak and Ryan Kusler, closing the gap for the Jackalopes. The 7-2 goal would be the last one of the game.
The Jackalopes were whistled for 21 penalty minutes, while the Warriors received 16 minutes.
