Titans claim another win in series against Rebels

The New Jersey Titans lead the series 2-1 against the Jamestown Rebels, after a 4-1 win on road, and only needs one more win to get to the semi finals.

The New Jersey Titans lead the series 2-1 against the Jamestown Rebels, after a 4-1 win on road, and only needs one more win to get to the semi finals.

The Rebels opened strong, taking the lead early when Tyler Stern scored the first goal after 2:07, but the Titans' Nick Ring tied it up in the middle in the period.

The Titans went up 2-1 after within the first minute of the second period when Tommy Bannister scored, assisted by Chris Carroll.

The Titans scored in the third, with goals from Billy Feczko and Ryan Coughlin. The final goal came with 01.19 left to play.

The teams play again for Game 4 on Friday, May 13 at 6 p.m. CST at Northwest Arena.
