Strong third period wins it for Ice Dogs against Steel

The Ice Dogs took the lead at 4:51 into the first period, with a goal scored by Cameron Ricotta. Braden Lindstrom and Nolan Cunningham assisted on the play.
The Steel tied it back up at 16:02 of the period, after a Spencer Bellina goal assisted by Parker Gnos and Joe Kelly.
The Ice Dogs recaptured the lead at 17:53 of the period, after a Brady Welsch goal assisted by Billy Renfrew and Tristan Sarsland.
Ryan Remick scored at 7:24 into the second, assisted by Nick Sajevic, to give the Steel the lead.

Nick Sajevic made it 3-2, after a second-period goal at 8:46, assisted by Ryan Remick and Mason Johnson.
Brady Welsch scored at 13:43 into the second, assisted by Tyler Stewart, to give the Ice Dogs the lead.
The Ice Dogs dominated the third period, receiving goals from Alexander Malinowski, Jake Hale and Kevin Marx Noren. The final goal came with 20 seconds left to play.
The Ice Dogs were called for 10 penalty minutes, while the Steel spent six minutes in the penalty box.
The Ice Dogs play the Kenai River Brown Bears away on Friday at 10:30 p.m. CST at Soldotna Regional Sports Complex. The Steel will face the Anchorage Wolverines at home on Thursday at 10 p.m. CST at Ben Boeke Ice Arena.
