The Bobcats took the lead late into the first period, with a goal scored by Vertti Jantunen.

Cameron Ricotta scored in the middle of the second period, assisted by Tyler Herzberg and Brady Welsch.

Tyler Herzberg then tallied a goal with a minute left, making the score 2-1. Cameron Ricotta and Jacob Conrad assisted.

The Ice Dogs scored again, making it 3-1 with a goal from Marc Lund after 7:19 in the third period.

Julian Beaumont narrowed the gap somewhat, but the Bobcats didn't come any closer than 3-2.
