The Bobcats had a good start to the game. They took a 2-0 lead after goals from Quinn Rudrud and Brady Egan before the Bulls replied and made it 2-1 when Simone Dadie opened the scoring.
The Bobcats scored once again, making it 3-1 with a goal from Quinn Rudrud after 8:59 in the second period.
The Bulls narrowed the gap to 3-2 after Jake LaRusso beat the goalie in the period.
The Bobcats took the lead 4-2 when Ben Troumbly scored with 02.51 remaining in the period.

The Bobcats made it 5-2 with a goal from Patrick Johnson at 7:22 into the third period.
The Bulls came back once again, making it both 5-3 and 5-4 after Jake LaRusso och Carter Rapalje netted one in the period.
The Bobcats managed to decide the game 6-4 with 15 seconds left when Ryan Taylor found the back of the net.
The Bulls were whistled for six penalties, while the Bobcats received eight penalties.
