Sharp shooting from Monrean in Kenai River Brown Bears' win over Springfield Jr. Blues

The host Kenai River Brown Bears claimed three points against the visiting Springfield Jr. Blues on Sunday. The final score was 3-2.

The Jr. Bues took the lead late into the first period, with a goal from Cole Lonsdale. James Callahan and Tyler Borgula assisted.

Bryce Monrean scored halfway through the second period, assisted by Noah Holt.

Late, the Brown Bears made it 2-1 with a goal from Michael DeBrito.

The Brown Bears increased the lead to 3-1 within the first minute of the third period when Bryce Monrean beat the goalie yet again, assisted by Garett Drotts.

The Jr. Bues narrowed the gap to 3-2 with 01.55 remaining of the third after a goal from Cole Lonsdale, assisted by James Callahan and Mac Gadowsky.
